Principle Software Engineer(3 epmty):
The Principle Software Engineer will be responsible for opportunity capture, architecture, design and development for multiple prototypes or proof-of-concept projects and act as the architect for significant portions of applied research projects. The successful candidate should be able to identify the architecture and technologies rapidly and build prototypes and PoCs using that technologies.The candidate will be a recognized resource for other team members, identity and address complex problems and provide solutions that are highly innovative, and have a recognized expertise in all areas of the product.

Responsibilities
•Responsible for the opportunity capture, architecture, design of prototypes and PoC projects
•Provides overall functional and technical leadership in certain domain projects.
•Authors concise functional and design specifications
•Follows and enforces development processes and standard procedures using agile development approach
•Works as an architect and provides consultant to other members.

Experience & Skills
•BS/MS Computer Science with minimum 8 years of relevant software development experience, research experience is a plus
•Strong experience leading an architecture design and technologies selection in project development.
•Self-motivated
•Strong Ability to work independently
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•Good English verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong experience in Java, C# or C++.
•Being an Expert in one or more of the following areas is considered as MUST:
• Online web2.0 service, such as e-commercial, communities, etc.
• SOA, ESB, Web Service applications, middleware.
• Web UI and Swing UI.
• Model-driven architectures.
• IT management software domain, familiar with CIM.
• Distributed processing, grid technologies.

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for design, development, and maintenance of high quality code for a given prototype or a proof-of-concept and act as the lead for significant portions of an applied research project. The successful candidate should be able to identify, evaluate and learn new technologies rapidly and build prototypes and PoCs using those technologies. The candidate will be a recognized technical resource for other team members, identify and address complex problems.

Responsibilities
•Responsible for the design and development of prototype and PoC project.
•Provides overall functional and technical leadership for related development efforts within one project.
•Authors concise functional and design specifications

•Works with applied research leads and architects

Experience & Skills
•BS/MS Computer Science with minimum 5 years of relevant software development experience, research experience is a plus
•Self-motivated
•Ability to work with minimum supervision and set priorities
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•Good English verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong experience in Java, C# and C++.
•Good understanding of J2EE architecture
•Skills in web service, SOA, ESB, web2.0 are very strong plus
•Solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

• Web UI and Swing UI.

The Software Engineer will be responsible for development, and maintenance of high quality code for a given prototype or a proof-of-concept and work as a team member developing an applied research project. The successful candidate should be able to learn new technologies rapidly and build prototypes and PoCs using those technologies.

Responsibilities
•Responsible for development and testing of prototype and PoC project
•Follows development processes and standard procedures using agile development approach
•Works with technical leads and other team members

Experience & Skills
•BS/MS Computer Science with minimum 2 years of relevant software development experience, research experience is a plus
•Self-motivated
•Ability to work in a team developing short-term projects with challenging deadlines
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong experience in Java, C# and C++.
• Good understanding of J2EE architecture
• Skills in web service, SOA, ESB, web2.0 are very strong plus
• Familiarity with one or more of the following areas is a strong plus:
• Online web2.0 service, such as e-commercial, communities, etc.

Senior Project Manager(1 epmty)::

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that prototype and PoC developments are compliant with process and executed against plan. He/She will have overall responsibility for all project management and quality management activities on a day-to-day basis, which include tracking and monitoring project schedule, coordinating all activities and communication, and ensuring the timely execution of each individual project through the defined workflow. For all projects, there must be a weekly status report which should contain current status inclusive of percent to completion, schedule & milestone, issues, etc.

Responsibilities
*Define and implement project management and quality management processes within team.
•Mange all phases of software development projects, and providing effective planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling using agile development process.
•Act as scrum master to drive project daily scrum meeting.
•Provide reports on status of projects on a weekly basic to management.
•Project post-mortem participation to facilitate continuous improvement.
•Communicate with engineering manager and architects for issues and problems

Experience & Skills
•BS/MS Computer Science with minimum 5 years of relevant software development experience
•3 or more years of experience on project management and quality management
•Excellent English verbal & written communication skills required.
•Outstanding organizational and management skills.
•Excellent understanding of software development process and software life-cycle, familiarity with agile/xtreme development is a must
•Experience of working in a distributed software development environment is a strong plus
