高级J2EE软件工程师
地点: 北京

作为开发团队的重要成员,将承担设计,实现和维护广告媒体平台的任务.

工作职责:
* 和美国的团队进行协作, 了解系统需求,架构和设计
* 和中国的开发团队一起工作
* 设计, 实现和维护系统平台
* 编写相关文档

技术要求:
* 4年+ 的J2EE应用开发经验
* 熟悉Struts或者Webwork
* 熟悉Spring和Hibernate
* 熟悉Javascript, Html, Jsp
* 有Ajax的使用经验更佳(可选)
* 数据库方面的经验, 例如数据库设计和SQL
* 熟悉Mysql, Oracle或者其他数据库
* 有Web services的使用经验(可选)
* 熟练使用Java IDE, 例如Idea, Eclipse
* 了解Weblogic, Tomcat, JBoss或Resin的部署
* 熟悉Linux系统(可选)
* 有网页制作编辑(美工)经验更佳

个人要求:
* 能与团队紧密协作
* 良好的沟通能力, 以及英文方面的读写(适当加分)

Sr. J2EE Software Engineer
Location: Beijing

As a member of the engineering team, the candidate will play a key role to design, implement, and maintain an Advertisement Media Exchange Platform.

Job responsibilities:
* Work with cross-functional teams in the US to understand the product requirements, system architecture, and designs
* Work closely with software development team in China on product deliverables
* Design, implement, and maintain server components and applications
* Write clear engineering documents

Technical skills:
* 4+ years J2EE application development experience
* Familiarity with Struts or WebWork
* Proficiency with Spring framework and Hibernate
* Familiarity with Javascript, Html, Jsp
* Ajax experience will be a plus
* Solid experience with database programming, including Schema design and SQL
* Familiarity with MySQL, Oracle or other databases
* Web UI design and implementation experience will be a plus
* Proficiency in Web Services, XML, SOAP, WSDL. Familiar with AXIS or other Web Service engines. (Optional)
* Proficiency using J2EE IDE, such as Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA
* Understanding of application servers, such as WebLogic, Tomcat, or JBoss
* Familiarity with Unix or Linux platforms

Personal skills
* Excellent team player (Important)
* Excellent communication skills, especial writing in English
* Strong interest in learning new technologies
* Willingness to work in fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently.
