2.Staff Software Engineer eBay Kernel Platform Development

In this exciting and challenging opportunity, the successful candidate will join eBay's kernel presentation team. He/She will be working on development and implementation of the application kernel technology for an international, high availability, and high volume web site. This candidate will work closely with cross functional teams (Architects, Product Development, QA), using his/her knowledge of Java/JSP/Javascript/XML/HTML to improve the functionality of the eBay kernel layer. Adding unit tests and documentation for features specific to presentation would be required.

Job responsibilities:
Collaborate with application teams related to front end implementations and designs.
Collaborate with eBay architects on kernel & application layers related to frontend and backend designs.
Interact with eBay QA Team to develop and analyze test framework for automating feature testing.
Lead and interact with Development teams to resolve code drags.
Develop and implement processes to automate and facilitate ways to proactively find any of the preceding deficiencies.
Analyze and recommend tools to help with any of the preceding responsibilities. Additional Responsibilities will include:
Documentation of best practices and creation of knowledge base
Facilitating Problem Diagnosis and Resolution
Add unit tests for specific features

Job Requirements:
5+ years of large scale, full life cycle development experience, with at least 2 years as a lead engineer in appication development group.
3+ years experience in software development in both frontend and backend using Java, JSP, XML.
1+ years experience in web development, including HTML and CSS.
1+ years experience with Javascript development. Must be familiar with JavaScript implementation details in popular browsers.
Excellent English communication skills with both non-technical designers and software engineers.
Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver in a fast paced multi-project environment.
Experience with source control systems (Rational ClearCase) and bug management (Rational ClearQuest) or other similar enterprise tools.
Experience in globalization and localization a plus.
BS/BA in Computer Science, Design, or related discipline

3. Senior Developer for Release Management

Job responsibilities:

- Work with Software development engineers, managers, project management, QA, Load Performance, and Operations teams to deliver overall code releases to eBay's production.
- Work as an integral part of the product development life cycle. Identify and track issues dependencies, efficiencies, and critical path objectives.
- Identify ways improve the code release process across a large distributed eBay production environment.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of software development, operations or release related experience
- Proficiency in trouble-shooting issues with various tools and applications in an environment
- Great skill in code bug triage
-Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and graphical interfaces.
- Proven track records to work in process heavy environment
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, Java, and relational database (preferably Oracle)
- Experience merges and builds tools such as Clearcase, Maven etc.
- Experience writing automation tools (e.g. Perl and shell scripts) a plus.
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate effectively with staff in China and the US on a daily basis in telephone meetings or by emails.
- Good people and communications skills to communicate and coordinate with multiple groups. Project management experience is a plus.
- Comfortable in Working in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent education.

嗯，要求真的很高，最近一直在找工作，唯一一家因为能力问题被刷的就是这个ebay了！
给我的感觉：基本上是程序员的天堂了吧（也可能是被刷的原因才有这感觉）
哎，面了8轮啊......还是英文的问题.......
