今天下午4:30左右，使用gmail给朋友发邮件，结果失败了2次，收到的退信是如下内容：
引用 PERM_FAILURE: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 554 554 Service unavailable; Client host [ti-out-0910.google.com] blocked by cblless.anti-spam.org.cn; 209.85.142.184 (state 14).

我印象中hotmail有过，gmail还从没有过被当作spam
