我的老板关于加班的表示

我们上班不用打卡,一般九点半到,晚上七点左右或者更晚下班。这几天老板回国了, 我们几个走的有点早,于有有人告诉了老板。老板就给我们发邮件以警告。下面是邮件内容,还有回复。
各们看官有什么感想? 还有他最后一封邮件里关于国外IT工作的内容属实吗? 我的英语也不是太好,有些地方看不懂,哪位大侠能全转成中文?

guys, what's going on? ******(me), you used to arrive at 9.00 and leave at 19.00.
The official, syndical time, is 9.00 to 18.00 but you are not sales agent: unless you want to be paid like they are and don't want any promotion.
the expected time is more like 9.00 to 19.00 or anything around these times. It's not mandatory, but it's what I expect from you. And what you do usually. (of course, there are days when you work more and days when you work less. it's not graved in stone.)
(And it's not that much, in most countries, IT team work easily one more hour.)

Guys,

I'm a bit upset by your reaction. I don't ask anything different from usual and you start faking surprise and playing the legal card. I don't think it's fair. I think I showed a lot of understanding in terms of working hours, benefits etc. I'm regularly fighting for your salary and bonus (even tough I know the bonus have been smaller lately).
I expect from you a bit more ambition and motivation: in most countries, even though the workers are quite protected by the laws, developers work by themselves longer hours (regularly after 8pm) and they don't get paid when they work on week ends because they think it's their duty. And I would add that it's often much worse in most companies in China.
Finally I was very clear in every interview: the working time for IT is 9.00 to 19.00. Yes it's not the time in the contract: but don't expect any increase, any bonus, any promotion if you play this card.
My point is: if you want to work for a civil administration, arrive at 10 and leave at 16, feel free to tell me. If you're not comfortable with this, feel free to tell me also. You may have different life goals and it's your right: in that case you're just not in the right place. But tell me now, I wouldn't appreciate if I know it at the last minute.

Now, I don't understand all this fuss: I'm just asking to work as usual, nothing more. I have no problem if you leave a bit earlier or arrive a bit later sometimes. If one day you do 9.30 to 18.30. But not every day. You know you're not honest, if you do it when I'm not here; inside your heart, you know it.

这个老板纯粹是在扯淡。

要加班,好,谈钱吧,加班一个小时给多少钱,谈好了价钱再加班。

或者把OT的时间折算成休假

说实话,以前对所谓的外企还有些向往,传说中的工作环境,待遇,管理。。。。。

可是来这儿快两年了,工资一分没涨。唯一的是工资能按时发,偶尔周末加班的话能给加班费。
年底什么也没有,老板根本一点表示也没有。反而跟我们谈什么职责。

IT的人都是在努力的工作,就是希望公司发展了,自己能跟着粘点光。

可看了老板的邮件,觉得一切都是泡影了。

唉,心理不平衡啊。

不过最好还是先沟通一下,是不是他觉得你们东西出的慢还是有什么别的他不满的地方

老外们一般可能不相信你的能力,怕你干不了,但从没听说过要求合同之外的加班时间这样的事
至少在老美身上没见到过

这段话其实有点道理。IT人员和公务员的追求自然不同。
据传闻,一些大型外企(比如惠普?),能够高薪养大量闲人。
如果IT人员要追求公务员的作息,可以考虑这类外企。

国内的IT人生存环境可能确实比较恶劣。
老板认为自己已经很人性化了。比上不足,比下有余。
这就是立场的不同。
老板总是拿自己的公司和其他最差的公司比。
员工总是拿自己的公司和其他最好的公司比。

如果老板真的要按照国内规矩来,应该考虑年底奖金或者双薪的。
这些权利都要员工去争取。

关于工资。
老板总是觉得员工的工资超过了员工的贡献。
员工总是觉得自己的工资少于自己的贡献。

关于作息时间。
假设你是老板,花那么多钱租写字楼,一个月还付那么多工资。
每天傍晚看到偌大一个办公室里面就空荡荡了。大量的租金和工资就这么浪费了。
你难道不心痛吗?

关于诚实。

这是最有趣的一段话。

诚实?
忙里偷闲,这种最基本的人性,和诚实挂上了钩。可见,国外员工的道德水准之高,信用度之高,办事之牢靠。人人皆圣贤。

我一直以为。作为一个老板,肯定需要在某些方面突破常人的道德底线。
能够说出这样大义凛然德高望重的话,有一种很强烈的反差效果。

当然,随着对社会回报的增大,所有原罪都是可以赎买的。人格也会高尚起来。那是后话。
(题外话。
原罪这东西,真的很难避免。人一旦有了成就,一跺脚整个地皮就会振动,一言一行,都有风雷之色。
对于常人来说,只是一点小小的疏忽,如果到了成功人士身上,可能就是大问题了。
常人不小心漏税,最多也就漏个几千元。成功人士一不小心,可能就漏掉上千万,那就是重罪了。可能只是一点疏忽,但是却被放大了。因此,法律对有钱人还是不公平的。如果没有权的保障,有钱也只是养肥了待宰的猪。


作为一个老板,在商场上打滚多年的老板,能够发出这样的质疑。
不是出于天真,不是出于对世间百态的愤怒,而是出于地位上的优势。
雇佣关系让老板在经济地位上对员工占有优势,从而给了老板一种权利,在道德上也对员工占有了优势。
